Guylian, the creator of the Belgian chocolate seashells with the original hazelnut praliné, was founded in 1958. The company was created out of love for chocolates and the love between Guy & Liliane Foubert (founders). The brand quickly became an international brand, present in more than 120 markets and also in the worldwide travel retail. Today all production activities are located in Sint Niklaas (Belgium). With a team of more than 200 dedicated employees we secure the worldwide demand for our broad chocolate portfolio covering snacking/sharing and gifting segments. In 2022 Guylian, the beloved Belgian brand made a total relaunch with focus on premium taste, more sustainability (Fair Trade/carbon neutral/recyclable packaging/palm & soy free) and a new stylish Ocean Green image. Our marketing team in close cooperation with our specialized chocolatiers are constantly working on innovations. This year focus is on 72% Dark Seashells with a delicious dark hazelnut praliné.
