CARROT SLICE BAKLAVA
It is prepared using an average of 30 layers of dough. Green pistachio known as gray pistachio, grown in Gaziantep and its region, is used. These peanuts are sprinkled into the product in a large way. The oil we use is an oil obtained from the Van region, which is defined as "Plain Oil".Baklava is baked in an oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes. Sherbet is given with sugar boiled around 110 degrees.
