CLASSIC PISTACHIO BAKLAVA
"It is prepared by using an average of 40 layers of phyllo. Green pistachio, known as gray pistachio, grown in Gaziantep and its region is used. The oil we use is an oil obtained from the Van region, which is defined as "Plain Oil".Baklava is baked in an oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes. "
