CLASSIC WALNUT BAKLAVA
It is prepared using an average of 40 layers of dough. Walnuts grown in Şebinkarahisar region, known as milk white walnuts, are used. These walnuts are stored with their shells on behalf of our company, and when we want this product, their shells are broken and sent without losing their freshness. The oil we use is an oil obtained from the Van region, which is defined as "Plain Oil".Baklava is baked in an oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes.
