CLOVER HONEY
Clover Honey is collected from the pollen of the flowers of the acacia tree. Bees collect the nectar for this type of honey during the acacia’s (Robinia pseudoacacia) short blooming period in spring. The light and transparent colour attests to the high quality of this single-variety acacia honey. It has mildly sweet, slightly floral flavor. It has a protective, strengthening and calming effect on the nervous system in particular.
