DOLOMA BAKLAVA
It is prepared by using 1 layer of phyllo. Green pistachio, known as gray pistachio, grown in Gaziantep and its region is used. 90% of it is peanuts. The oil we use is an oil obtained from the Van region, which is defined as "Plain Oil".Baklava is cooked in an oven at 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes. In the pistachio wrap, a less and lighter sherbet is used compared to the classical baklava.
