SOBIYET WITH PISTACHIO
It is prepared by using an average of 13 layers of dough. The dough is cut in 7*7 cm dimensions. It contains plenty of pistachio. Green pistachio, known as gray pistachio, grown in Gaziantep and its region, is used. These peanuts are put into the product in a big way. Then they are folded with its unique folding technique. The oil we use is an oil obtained from the Van region, which is defined as "Plain Oil".Baklava is baked in the oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes. A lighter sherbet is used in Şöbiyet compared to classical baklava.
