Our premium spreads are prepared faithfully respecting the Corsican traditional cooking: minimum 50% of fruit for 50% cane sugar and without any mysterious alchemy. We simply use the best fruit: grown in exceptional conditions under the Mediterranean sun, and picked at maturity.
