This may be the first commercialized Lyophilized-Chocolate in the world, with the features of no melting under a temperature of 65 degree C with its normal packing, and melting in mouth in few seconds with no need to bite it. The total fat content of the products is around 40% lower than normal commercial chocolate. It has special mouth-feel of little ctuispy and melt-away in seconds. No air conditioning needed during storage and selling.
