At Augier&Fils, honey is a tradition and a passion! - Started 4 generations ago by the beekeeper Louis Augier, the company grew its expertise in honey quality selection, conservation, and conditioning. - Each honey originates from a bunch of 40 beekeepers in Provence and it is scrutinized and analysed before being selected for maturation in our warehouse. - Each honey is packed after maturation at controlled temperature. Packaged honey is held in a temperature-controlled facility before being released to the market. - Pierrick Augier, great grandson of Louis is currently the Production Manager in charge of quality.
