Invert is a Ukrainian confectionery company producing a broad range of biscuits under the brand name Pichkar. The company operates two production facilities in Poltava and Dykanka, covering a total area of 13,000 m² and running seven production lines. Invert offers around 70 different products and more than 120 SKUs, organized into seven product categories. Responding to modern consumer preferences, Invert continues to expand its assortment with more health-conscious options. Their selection includes biscuits where conventional sugar is replaced entirely with fructose or stevia, as well as vegan-friendly options made without animal fats, milk, or eggs. Several recipes are also available without palm oil, using high-oleic sunflower oil as an alternative.
