Since 1875 Carstens has been producing Lübecker Marzipan in the northern German city of Lübeck.
A unique flavour of almond and chocolate thanks to the very high content of almonds in our marzipan and the use of original recipes - without being too sweet.
Carstens Lübecker Marzipan is allowed to use the protected geographical indication logo for marzipan
