Since 1807, the flavors of the past are preserved at Şekerci Cafer Erol... The journey of Şekerci Cafer Erol started in 1807. Thanks to its product diversity and meticulousness in production and sales, the brand has been recognized by a large audience, and in 1945 business has been relocated to our actual location in Kadıköy. Our quality has been proved and documented through international BRC, ISO and HACCP certificates. Production takes place on a daily basis, ensuring ultimate hygiene, yet with absolute home-made quality in order to make sure that traditional recipes are preserved and fabricated mass production is challenged. We aim to maintain a connection between the flavors of the past and the technology of the future, hence creating a unique synthesis 50 sorts of delight and more than 30 types of akide (sugar candies), almond paste, almond candy, helvas, fruit jellies, dried fruits, special chocolate, dragées, sherbets (syrups), ice cream, varieties of jams ranging from strawberry to orange; macarons, Ottoman tulumba (semolina doughnut in syrup), Fatih Sarma (wrapped dessert), historical Damascus sweets, şekerpare (small cakes with syrup) and many more... We accompany our customers on their birthdays, weddings, celebrations, holidays, as well as in funerals and commemorations. It is this strong and special bond with our customers that brought us to this day. We are proud and happy to serve our best to our customers in 8 different branches in key interest locations.
