Since 1964 Zaghis is Italian leader in the production of Panettone and Pandoro cakes. The processing is done in the traditional way, using the best raw materials and natural yeast (sourdough), waiting the time that nature requires to give us fragrant and genuine cakes. Zaghis means especially Panettone and Pandoro, both prized for their delicacy and high digestibility, made according to tradition, but with an innovative spirit in the carefully chosen ingredients. There are many other choices from the Zaghis product line: from the pastry cakes, as Frolla (short pastry) and Strudel, to the leavened line, such as our hand-braided Treccia, available in many tasty variations. Originality and tradition meet in our offer, for example in Tiramisù, the most famous Italian cake in the world, originally from our native land, Treviso. Our version meets the new needs of the consumer as it is made with the ingredients of the traditional recipe and designed to not require refrigeration.
