Dubai’s FIX Dessert Chocolatier Opens Limited-Time Pop-Up at Changi Airport

FIX Dessert Chocolatier, one of Dubai’s fastest-rising artisanal chocolate brands, has opened a seasonal pop-up at Singapore Changi Airport as part of its international expansion. The activation, now live in Terminal 1, will run through January 30, 2026, offering travellers a chance to try the brand’s most popular handcrafted bars.

The pop-up features five of FIX’s signature flavours, including its best-selling Knafeh chocolate bar, which is appearing in the Asia Pacific region for the first time. The brand has built a devoted global following for its Middle Eastern–inspired flavour combinations and for chocolates that frequently go viral on social media.

FIX’s team says the Changi launch reflects the brand’s growing visibility among international travellers, many of whom already carry the chocolates across borders as gifts or personal treats. The airport setting allows FIX to reach an even broader audience during the peak holiday travel season.

The Singapore debut follows a busy few months for the UAE-born chocolatier. FIX recently extended its Dubai International Airport Terminal 3 pop-up through December 31 due to strong demand and the company entered the UK market in October with its first pop-up at Harrods.

Founded in 2021 by Sarah Hamouda and Yezen Alani, FIX has become a standout in the region’s premium confectionery scene, known for small-batch production and community-led growth rather than rapid franchising.

The Changi Airport pop-up is operated by Imagine FMCG in partnership with FNA Group International and Lead in Travel Retail.
