Alix de Zelicourt

Alix de Zelicourt brings a unique blend of strategic expertise and entrepreneurial vision, shaped by a career spanning over two decades in Europe. She spent 15 years as a Partner at McKinsey & Company in Paris, where she specialized in operational excellence across the industrial and consumer sectors, advising global leaders on complex transformations.
Following her successful consulting career, Alix launched Master Camp, a Paris-based startup that reimagines summer camps for teenagers - combining education, adventure, and personal growth in a modern, meaningful format.
Alix holds degrees from ESSEC Business School, the London School of Economics, and Harvard University. In December 2024, she and her family - her husband and four children - relocated to Dubai, embracing a new chapter of global living.
In her role as General Manager at talabat Mart UAE, Alix drives the strategic growth and expansion of the Q-commerce division. She spearheads initiatives across commercial operations, supply chain optimization, and other key functions to scale the business and unlock new opportunities.
