Raised in the food ingredients industry and with a passion for exploring the natural world, Dhruv developed an early understanding of the relationship between food, health, and sustainability. Inspired by his own personal health challenges, he studied anthropology and health sciences at Duke University to deepen his expertise in human nutrition.
Dhruv leads the Nadura* Plant Proteins brand with a mission to create clean, natural proteins that enable chefs and foodservice operators to make popular dishes healthier and more sustainable. Nadura is distributed across the USA and UAE, and has won a Gulfood Innovation Award and a Plant-Based Excellence Award.
He speaks at various industry forums about how plant proteins can build healthier food systems and solve issues of climate change.
