Dr. Ki Won Um has more than 30 years of experience in Taste development across various product categories. He has led many successful projects in both savoury and sweet flavours as well as other flavour applications. Prior to joining Kerry, he was Creation Lead and Principal Flavourist at Givaudan, Firmenich and IFF. Ki Won holds a PhD in flavour chemistry and has created winning flavours that are used by many foodservice and FMCG companies globally. He moved from the US to Singapore in 2014 to lead RD&A in Taste for Kerry APMEA.
