Khaled Kamal

Khaled Kamal is Enterprise Supply Chain Planning Director for Middle East & Africa at Mars Snacking, where he leads end-to-end demand, supply, and network planning across five clusters spanning KSA, the Gulf, South Africa, East & West Africa, and North Africa, Levant & Turkey. With more than two decades in FMCG supply chain, he has built deep expertise in steering complex, cross-border product flows through periods of significant regional and global disruption.
His remit covers a complex hybrid supply network of six regional factories in Kenya, South Africa, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, alongside product supply from more than 40 Mars factories across Europe, Asia, South America, the Middle East & Africa, and Australia. This network is anchored by a consolidation hub in the UAE that re-exports products across the Middle East and Africa.
Since joining Mars in 2014, Khaled has held progressive leadership roles in Strategy & Transformation, Sales & Operations (S&OP) and Supply Chain, connecting global supply, regional manufacturing, and cross-border logistics with a focus on business continuity and SC resilience . This journey has shaped his perspective on balancing global sourcing with local production scale-up to reduce exposure to disruption. Before Mars, he spent around 10 years in supply chain roles at Mondelez Middle East, Unilever Mashreq, and Danone Egypt.
