Kunal Pagarani is the Managing Director of Pure Food Processing Industries LLC, the Dubai-based manufacturer of the American Gourmet brand of sauces and condiments. The facility is ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and HACCP certified and holds a Gold A rating from Dubai Municipality. Kunal is leading the expansion of the company's manufacturing into other countries in the region.
An expert in food processing machinery and plant engineering, Kunal has directed end-to-end facility design, covering plant layout, equipment specification and global supplier sourcing across sauce, liquid and dry product lines.
Under his direction, Pure Food's research and development team supports major sauce brands across the region with product matching, taste enhancement and cost reduction. The team also develops clean-label, reduced-fat and long-shelf-life sauces for export markets, along with custom private label products for retailers and food service.
A champion of digital transformation, Kunal has moved the company onto a single operating system that connects production, quality control, procurement, sales, human resources and logistics, including a dedicated pipeline that takes new sauces from concept to launch. The next phase integrates artificial intelligence across the business to streamline workflows, sharpen decision-making and build a leaner, more data-driven factory.`
